Architecture Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Shan. As an architecture manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, including design, planning, and construction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects in developing and executing architectural designs
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Review and approve project proposals, plans, and designs
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using architectural software such as Autocad, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in Africa or have knowledge of African architecture.
