We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, China. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality architectural design services
- Establish project goals, objectives, and timelines with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Review project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure they meet construction standards and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects to ensure they meet client expectations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
