Information Security Analyst


We are a rapidly growing company in Eschen, seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems and networks, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, and implementing effective solutions to mitigate these risks. You will work closely with our IT team to monitor and analyze security logs, conduct regular vulnerability assessments, and develop and maintain security policies and procedures. Your expertise in information security will be crucial in safeguarding our company's sensitive data and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in our systems.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures, such as firewalls, encryption methods, and access controls.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the industry.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on information security best practices.
- Investigate any reported security incidents or breaches.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in information security analysis or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), encryption methods,
and other information security tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or NIST framework.
- Experience conducting vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nessus or QualysGuard.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns or anomalies in data/logs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with data privacy laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with cloud security and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.

Salary: 1700$
