Civil Engineer - Building Construction Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in building construction for our company in Gujrat. As a Building Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of building construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and design building construction projects, considering structural requirements, safety regulations, and environmental impact
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction plans
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards
- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in scope
- Ensure that all materials used in construction meet quality standards
- Oversee the work of construction workers and provide guidance as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in building construction
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This position is based in Gujrat. Accommodation will be provided.
