Responsibilities:

- Developing detailed project plans and timelines
- Conducting site visits and surveys to evaluate project feasibility
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to determine project needs
- Overseeing construction progress and making necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Managing project resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress and expenses

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience working on construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
