We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting products in various retail locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail locations to ensure products are displayed and stocked according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock products as needed
- Set up displays and promotional materials to effectively market products
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Prepare reports on product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product placement and promotions are executed accurately

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one (if not a Lithuanian citizen)
- Physically fit as this role may require standing, lifting, and moving of merchandise
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
- No English language proficiency is required for this position, making it suitable for non-native speakers

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
