As a Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development of infrastructure projects in Moscow, Russia. You will work closely with local authorities and project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who has a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects in Moscow
- Work closely with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project development
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction work
- Review technical designs, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Provide technical guidance to project team members as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure development
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred
- Knowledge of Russian building codes and regulations is highly desirable
- Strong technical understanding of civil engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
