Experienced Gardener

Our landscaping company is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Experienced Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' gardens and landscapes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing garden layouts and landscapes
- Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery
- Trimming, pruning, and shaping trees and bushes
- Watering plants and ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens and landscapes
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Providing recommendations for plant selection and placement based on climate, soil conditions, etc.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a gardener or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of plants, trees, shrubs, etc.
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of precision in gardening tasks
- Physical stamina to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in horticulture or landscaping is a plus
