Job Title: Gardener in Herzliya, Israel


We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and outdoor spaces. You will work closely with our landscaping team to design and implement new projects, as well as maintain existing landscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants and trees
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Maintaining irrigation systems and repairing any damages
- Designing new gardens and outdoor spaces according to client preferences
- Ensuring garden cleanliness by removing debris and waste
- Operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Monitoring plant growth patterns and making adjustments as needed
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, pests, and diseases
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Excellent time-management skills to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail for maintaining garden aesthetics
