Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of a team of formworkers in the city of Multan. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in formwork, with a minimum salary of 1700$. This position does not include accommodation and is open to all genders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of formworkers to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise
- Train new team members on proper formwork techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to help improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as engineers and architects, to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a formworker or in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of formwork techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and delegate tasks
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:
- Certification or training in formwork or construction-related field
- Experience working as part of a diverse team
- Knowledge of local building codes in Multan
