Handyman for Residential Properties in Karachi



Our residential property management company is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Karachi. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our residential properties, ensuring they are safe and comfortable for our tenants. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

In this role, you will be required to have previous experience in general maintenance and repairs, as well as basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all residential properties
- Perform repairs and renovations as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, electrical or carpentry work
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work completed
- Communicate effectively with tenants regarding any repairs or maintenance needs
- Ensure all properties are compliant with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
