Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual sales reports for management review
- Participate in industry events to promote company products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
Salary: AED 900 per month (without accommodation)
