Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in order to achieve company sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience and leadership skills to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive business strategies
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the relevant industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position is based in Abu-Dhabi but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position suitable for men who are passionate about driving results through effective sales strategies.
