Office Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar
Our company in Al-Khor is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and processing invoices
- Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Updating and maintaining company databases
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Experience in an office assistant or administrative role is required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
