We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of our projects, ensuring they align with our brand identity and vision. You will collaborate with various teams, including design, marketing, and production, to create compelling visual concepts that effectively communicate our message.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall artistic vision for our projects
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure consistency in visual style
- Create original concepts for advertisements, campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers and other team members
- Conduct research on current design trends and techniques to continuously improve our visuals
- Attend client meetings to present ideas and gather feedback
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with the brand's messaging

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage a team and provide constructive feedback
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong understanding of current design trends and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $900/month (negotiable)

Location: Ar-Ruwais
