Art Director for a Creative Agency in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt

Our creative agency is seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our design team to create visually stunning and effective campaigns for our clients. This role requires a strong creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various advertising campaigns and projects.
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create designs that effectively communicate the client's message while staying within brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve the agency's creative output.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, technical skills, and versatility.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an advertising agency environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video production is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
