Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As a Malayalee-owned restaurant, we are looking for someone who understands the unique flavors and culture of Kerala cuisine. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a restaurant, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff, inventory, and budget
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff, bar staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment
- Familiarity with Malayalee cuisine preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
