Restaurant Manager in Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant located in the beautiful city of Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including overseeing daily operations, ensuring high quality service and food standards, and managing staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high quality service is provided to all customers
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets company standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)

Salary: $1300/month
