Indian Land Surveyor in Nairobi

We are in need of an experienced Indian Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating detailed maps and reports. They must have a strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment operation, and relevant software. A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills are also essential. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and equipment
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps and reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Utilize relevant software to process data and create visual representations
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and propose solutions
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during surveying activities

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in operating surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, or Civil 3D
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Nairobi with a valid work permit.
