Moderator (English Speaking) - Acre, Israel


Our growing company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Moderator to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our online forums and communities by monitoring and moderating user-generated content.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online forums and communities
- Enforce community guidelines and rules to ensure a positive and safe environment for all users
- Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential issues and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all moderation activities

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot potential issues
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in content moderation or community management
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Acre, Israel. While this job does not require English fluency, proficiency in English will be necessary for communication with team members.
