Moderator (Indian Nationals, Accommodation Provided, Biometric Passport Required)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Acre. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms. Your primary role will be to ensure that all user-generated content is in line with our company's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms for inappropriate or offensive content
- Remove or flag any content that violates company policies
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Work closely with other moderators to maintain a positive and safe online community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in online moderation or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month plus benefits. Accommodation will be provided.
