We are seeking a Nepali speaking moderator to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality and safety of online discussions and interactions on our platform. This is an English speaking job that does not require any prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it meets our community standards
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Identify and report any violations or inappropriate content on the platform
- Collaborate with other team members to improve community engagement and user experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
