Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. You must also have strong communication skills and the ability to handle any customer complaints or issues effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and manage labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Control costs by managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be fluent in English
