Job Title: Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and spaces, overseeing the construction process, and ensuring that all projects meet the necessary codes and regulations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial design principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial buildings and spaces based on client needs
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the design process
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other team members to provide updates on project progress
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in commercial design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial projects
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
