Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your creative skills to design arrangements that exceed their expectations. This position requires strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our business by providing exceptional floral designs that leave a lasting impression on our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and visually appealing flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, etc.
- Source and purchase flowers from suppliers
- Arrange flowers in a creative and aesthetically pleasing manner
- Ensure all arrangements are delivered on time and in pristine condition
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floral designer or similar role is preferred but not required
- Creative flair and eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of flower care techniques to ensure longevity of arrangements
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: St-Petersburg, Russia (Indian nationals preferred)

This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment depending on performance.
