Junior Architectural Manager



As a Junior Architectural Manager, you will work alongside our experienced team of architects and project managers to oversee and coordinate the design and construction of various architectural projects in Porto. Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects. You will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects with project planning and development
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review architectural plans for accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and regulatory changes
