Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design and construction process, from initial concept to project completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in the design and construction process
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and contractors for each project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes/regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
