Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for commercial buildings
- Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of workmanship
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and zoning regulations
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Experience working with contractors, engineers, and other professionals

This is a contract job suitable for men who are Egyptian nationals living in Jerusalem. English fluency is required. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Jerusalem but can also be done remotely if needed.
