Handyman - Property Maintenance Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Akron. As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any potential issues or areas that require maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers in a timely manner
- Perform repairs and renovations as needed to keep properties in good condition
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repairs or projects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while on the job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or property maintenance specialist
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Akron. Applicants must already be living in Akron or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
