Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred) or English
