Sales Manager - Al Buraymi, Oman
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
