Junior Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in the US is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Junior Land Surveyor, you will work closely with our experienced surveyors to assist in conducting land surveys, preparing reports, and creating accurate drawings. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of land surveying.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting field surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Collect data and measurements accurately and efficiently
- Assist in creating detailed drawings and maps using AutoCAD or other software
- Prepare reports based on survey data findings
- Conduct research on property boundaries, historical maps, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Prior experience with land surveying equipment and software is a plus but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: US (own visa required)
