Moderator for International Online Community


We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Moderator to join our international online community based in Mauren. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our community members from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Your main responsibilities will include monitoring all user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and complaints, enforcing community guidelines, and promoting healthy discussions and interactions between members. You will also collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for increasing community engagement and addressing any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. You should be able to multitask efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in moderating online communities or social media platforms is preferred.

In addition, you should have a good understanding of different cultures and be able to adapt your communication style accordingly. Fluency in multiple languages would be considered an asset, but it is not strictly required.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. Please note that English is not required for this role, but fluency in one or more languages would be highly beneficial. We do not provide accommodation for this position, so it is ideal for individuals who are already living in Mauren or are willing to relocate.
