Architecture Manager (English Speaking) in Triesen


We are actively seeking an experienced and driven Architecture Manager to join our team in Triesen. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the design process and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Monitor project budgets and make cost-saving recommendations
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
