Handyman - Nizwa, Egypt

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Nizwa, Egypt. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Responding to maintenance requests from staff or residents in a timely manner.
- Inspecting facilities and identifying any potential issues or hazards.
- Repairing or replacing damaged equipment or fixtures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Keeping records of all maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with staff and residents.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary:
1100$ monthly salary.
