Industrial Architect - Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided for foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and make necessary changes to designs as needed
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in the Middle East region
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings
