Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and blueprints for various projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodations provided.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet all necessary requirements
- Make revisions to designs as needed based on client feedback or project changes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize concepts in 3D
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with sustainable design principles and have knowledge of green building practices.
