Waiter/Waitress (Indian/Canadian Preferred) - Jizan, Saudi Arabia


We are in need of friendly and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team at our restaurant in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have prior experience working as a waiter/waitress, preferably in an Indian or Canadian restaurant. However, candidates with other nationalities are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain dishes to customers
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good knowledge of various cuisines
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Must be able to obtain own visa if not sponsored by the company
