Responsibilities:

- Identify project risks and create contingency plans
- Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to the team
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Prepare project reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Asana
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
