Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and collecting data to create maps, plans, and reports for various construction and land development projects. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones to gather data and ensure precision in your work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other necessary information
- Use surveying instruments and tools to collect accurate measurements
- Create maps, plans, and reports based on survey data using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide information for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Familiarity with CAD software for creating maps and plans
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and annual leave. This is a full-time position open to Kenyan candidates who are fluent in English.
