Formworker

A construction company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating molds and frames for concrete structures according to construction plans and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret construction plans and specifications to create accurate molds and frames for concrete structures
- Cut, measure, and shape materials such as wood, metal, and plastic using hand or power tools
- Set up and secure molds and forms in place using various methods such as nails, screws, bolts, or clamps
- Pour concrete into forms using wheelbarrows or other equipment
- Smooth out concrete surfaces using hand tools or power trowels
- Remove forms once concrete has cured and inspect for any defects or imperfections
- Repair or replace damaged forms as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Familiarity with standard building materials and their uses
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly

Salary: 1300$ per month
