Sales Manager - Washington D.C., USA
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Washington D.C. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
