Heavy Equipment Operator



A construction company in Shan is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team. This position is open to both Indian and foreign applicants, and no English proficiency is required. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes, but those without experience are also welcome to apply. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1200 per month.

City:
Shan, located in the Shan State of Myanmar.
