Database Administrator - Balzers, Liechtenstein
As a Database Administrator for our company in Balzers, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's databases. Your main role will be to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our database systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures and systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures
- Ensure data integrity and security at all times
- Collaborate with other teams to develop efficient data management processes
- Regularly perform upgrades and updates to keep the database system running smoothly
- Train employees on how to properly use the database system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and other database languages
- Familiarity with database management tools such as Oracle, MySQL, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Balzers, Liechtenstein
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with accommodation assistance. This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
