Loader Operator

This is a physically demanding position that involves operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders and other heavy equipment, as well as a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials, maintaining equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work well under pressure. The loader operator must also have a valid driver's license and be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to move materials around construction sites
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Be able to work in varying weather conditions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation provided)
