Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, conveyor belts, or other transportation vehicles. You will work closely with the site supervisor to ensure that materials are loaded according to specifications and project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner, following all company and industry safety standards
- Load materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles according to project specifications
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the site supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment
- Communicate with site supervisor regarding material requirements and any potential delays or issues
- Follow all relevant safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery
- Complete basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed, such as lubrication or replacing parts
- Adhere to project timelines and prioritize tasks based on project needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid loader operator license/certificate preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a loader in a construction or industrial setting
- Ability to read and understand project plans/drawings
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with basic maintenance tasks on heavy machinery preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred

Location: Dar Kulaib

Salary: $1600 per month
