We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Ashdod. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. This is a remote position and candidates must have their own visa to work in Israel.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various online channels.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve our services.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Must have own visa to work in Israel.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
