Finisher

As a Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish. You will be responsible for completing the final stages of production, including sanding, polishing, and applying finishes to various materials. This role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and experience in working with different finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect products for any imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Sand surfaces to prepare for finishing
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, varnish, or lacquer using various tools and techniques
- Polish surfaces to achieve desired level of shine
- Ensure consistent quality and color of finishes across all products
- Maintain inventory of finishing supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical dexterity and comfortable working with hand tools and equipment
- Time-management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
