Job Title: Part-Time Sales Manager in Faro, Portugal


We are in search of a skilled and results-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales operations and driving revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve productivity
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to support overall company objectives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 USD per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal.
