We are hiring a skilled Finisher to join our team in Lahore. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing and perfecting the final stages of production for various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic. Your attention to detail and precision will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes or imperfections, and applying sealants or primers
- Mix and apply finishing products such as paint, varnish, or lacquer
- Use hand tools and equipment to smooth surfaces and create desired finishes
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Work with other team members to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot any issues with finishes or equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Familiarity with different types of finishes for various materials
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
